Quick settings tiles greyed out after a while..

Hi Christian,
I am on Android 16 with a Pixel 8 Pro.
I believe that since Android 16 the quick settings tiles for COL reminder making me a problem.
They are greyed out and so don't react on taping them. After a reinstall of COL reminder they are black and work as supposed, but after a few hours, sometimes a day or so they have turned to grey and no function again.
Is there a fix?

I have now tried to reproduce this, but without success.
Can you try instead of reinstalling COL Reminder to remove the tiles.

Now readd the tiles again and check if the problem is still happening.
Anyway I will also check if I have the same problem on my Pixel 9. So let's wait a few days.

chrisonline I deleted COL reminder, turned off the phone, restarted and installed COL reminder and moved the general reminder tile to the top. At first it worked fine.
Today after 2 days the tiles is greyed out again.

Just checked my phone and it is also greyed out now.
I can now reproduce it. Will investigate this further why this happen.

The strange thing is that the app only register a tile and thats it.
There is no further action or something. So I am wonder why it is out of nowhere greyed out.

Sadly not. I can reproduce this on my device, but I haven't found the cause.
This is very strange at all. But I am on it and I hope to find the problem soon.

Since you have updated the app a while ago it seemed to be solved.
Now the problem is back...
Phone restart does not help.

Yes the last update should fix this.
And I had no problem on my phones now since the last update.

Did you change something? A new Android update?
Or in the battery settings?

It might happened after the latest play services update I got.
It's suddenly be back working again.

Hi Christian,
now the problem has returned. It happened once before on December 13, so I uninstalled Col Reminder, restarted my phone, reinstalled and set it up again, and then it worked until yesterday evening.
This morning, an update for your app came through the Play Store, and I was hoping it would include a fix for the problem, but that wasn't the case. Even after restarting, the tile is still gray and not working.

No there was no fix added in the last update because I thought it is fixed since the update for a month (as mentioned above).
And on my phones it does not happen since the last updates.
Just checked my main phone Pixel 9 and it is still working.

So very strange that it happens again on your Pixel 8.

The screenshot above shows the "Parking Reminder".
Do you only use the Parking reminder as quick setting tile?

I am testing it always with the misc. reminder. So will try to add the parking reminder and let's see if it happens on my side too.

I'm speaking about the parking reminder. It's all about the misc. reminder. Also the screenshot I attached initially does not show the parking reminder.
I attach screenshots from today and from a week ago.
