Im getting a notification alarm but there is nothing to indicate why.

getting an alarm tone but an alarm is not set and no text appears apart from an indication that COL reminder is alarming. How can I stop this please?

How do you see that this is coming from COL Reminder ?
Do you see the notification in the notification bar?

Anyway please try following:
1.) Open COL Reminder
2.) Open Settings
3.) Open Notification Settings
4.) Disable "Group Notifications" and wait a few seconds
5.) Enable "Group Notifications"

If you have it currently disabled, please enable it, wait a few seconds and enable it again.

This will remove all reminders for the system alarm queue and re-add it.

Let me know if you still get the strange empty reminder.
