You can follow a complete category/tag like "BETA".
This is really fine if you want to be informed if a new BETA thread is created.
Select the tag on the left, for example "BETA".
Now you see below the "Start a Discussion" the "Follow" button.
Tap on the small arrow and select "Following".
Now you get informed about every new update inside this category/tag.
