I am experiencing an issue with my Mi Band 9 not receiving notifications from the Col Reminder app after switching to a Redmi Note 13 Pro. Previously, I used a Redmi Note 9S with the same app and Mi Band 9, and notifications worked perfectly without any issues.
Here are the details:
Device: Redmi Note 13 Pro (running HyperOS/MIUI 14)
Wearable: Mi Band 9
App: Col Reminder
Issue: Notifications from Col Reminder are displayed on the phone but are not being forwarded to the Mi Band 9.
Steps Taken:
Ensured "App Notifications" for Col Reminder is enabled in the Mi Fitness app.
Checked that Col Reminder notifications are enabled in the phone's settings, with high priority and no restrictions.
Disabled battery optimization for both Col Reminder and Mi Fitness apps (set to "No Restrictions" and allowed background activity).
Confirmed Bluetooth connection is stable between the Redmi Note 13 Pro and Mi Band 9.
Updated Mi Fitness app and Mi Band 9 firmware to the latest versions.
Tested notifications from other apps (e.g., KakaoTalk, SMS), which are successfully received on the Mi Band 9.
Observation: The issue seems specific to the Col Reminder app, as it worked fine with the same Mi Band 9 on my previous device (Redmi Note 9S).
Could you please assist in identifying why Col Reminder notifications are not being forwarded to the Mi Band 9? Is this a compatibility issue with HyperOS/MIUI 14 or the Col Reminder app? Any guidance or solutions would be greatly appreciated.
