Directions?

I purchased and installed COL Reminder a few days ago. Unfortunately I haven't been able to make it work. I can't seem to locate any directions for use, and I don't find the app very intuitive - or perhaps I'm not as smart as I think I am. Can someone direct me to instructions?

JimLeybourne It seems that the developer for COLReminder is missing. Previously he used to be very active. I have been using this app for a long time, so if you tell me what's your problem, maybe I could help you.
