Location reminders

I have set the app with location permission for ALL THE TIME but am not getting location reminders when I set them. Is there something I'm missing because I'd like to use this feature. Please let me know. Is anyone else having this issue?

ToddGrant Which Android version and phone do you have?

Android 11 and samsung 10E. I did everything you suggested within the app & gave ALL THE TIME LOCATION permission to the app but am still not receiving any location alerts whether I zoom the map close to the address or zoom out to show a larger area. It doesn't work at all! So frustrated... One of the main reasons I donated to get this feature but it's not working at all.

Zooming of the map does not change the radius.
You need to swipe on the radius line below the map.
